I had an opportunity to get out this past week and spend some time in the beauty of nature and to allow the beauty of it to call me to admire the one who created it.
It's pretty special to know that even in the midst of dying (leaves) there is beauty and grace.
Fall certainly is a special time of year for us to be reminded of God's amazing detail in creating a world with seasons and changes.
Simply taking the time to enjoy God, to sit at His feet, to let go of all that "trying harder" mentality that seems to drive our culture to the edge of insanity, it's good.
It's hard, life goes on all around us, and to some degree of another we seem to find ourselves caught up in the busyness... how often does it not leave us ragged and tired, empty and desiring something more/ better?
